Zeik Molina

Kickboxing & HEAT Bootcamp Coach, Personal Trainer

Cooper Institute-CPT

My name is Zeik. I am a fitness professional with an equal background in one on one personal training, as well as small and large group functional training. Outside of my work in the gym another fitness related activity that I love is my own training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in which I am currently a Blue Belt.

I started my journey as a fitness professional in 2008 when I started working with a personal trainer who unknowingly sparked an interest for fitness in me. Add that experience to my participation as an athlete at Heat Bootcamp in 2012 and I really began to have a natural draw to fitness and helping others. With the help of a mentor and great direction, I began my work helping people live younger, longer.

Personal and group training are a natural melding of my strongest attributes. I’m an outgoing optimist who has a great understanding for what people want, what people need, and what will keep them consistently moving in the direction of their goals. I’ve always been good at interacting with people of all types and meeting them halfway. Reading someone’s energy and finding a way to get the most from the time spent with them is extremely important.

As odd as it may sound, I’m greatly inspired by time. It never stops, it’s always moving forward, and it holds us accountable to keep working even when we reach a place of comfort. Because of time, there will always be a new and often times necessary goal. It’s my job to help people find, navigate, and achieve those next steps. All I can say is that I have a respect and appreciation for life and I intend to live a long one and will do my best to make sure as many people as I can help do the same.
