I have been coaching fitness for over 10 years. It makes me happy to help people gain confidence in their bodies, in both their movement capacities and appearance. I teach people through a lense of longevity. Overall I want people to feel their bodies when they move. Creating this relationship keeps students safe, helps them attain their goals, and promotes sustainability.
