Some of us can’t celebrate mothers day with your mom or your mom friends because of social distancing and travel restrictions but you can share your workout together!

Here’s how:
1. Email us (info@eandefitness.com) the name and email of the mom (mom friends + dog moms are ok, too) you want to give a free class to (cc them so they know the class is  coming from you)

2. She will get an email from us saying with a link to Kiley’s  virtual class  E + E Bootcamp at 10am on Sunday!
