E + E Fitness introduced Bootcamp + Yoga Flow @eefitnessaustin with Justin Brown on Saturdays at 12pm.
Coach Justin, certified yoga instructor, combines the best of our bootcamp with yoga in the fantastic new class at E + E. Although every class is different, Justin often starts the class with a 15 minute warmup yoga flow to get you fluid. Then he will take you through a rigorous 30 minute high intensity bootcamp that gets your blood pumping. The last 15 minutes he will guide you through recovery yoga poses and stretching with a final shavasana meditation. You will leave this class feeling both worked out and relaxed.
