By popular demand, we have added boxing to our schedule! E + E Boxing Club is a 45-minute class @eefitnessaustin led by instructor Kim LaBruzza. Kim is our resident boxing guru and is a Box ‘N Burn Certified Boxing Fitness Trainer.
Kim will lead you through 45 minutes of real boxing technique, combining the principles of pro boxing training and functional fitness training for a unique class experience. This is a full body workout that will get your heart rate up and will work your boxing technique. E + E Boxing Club is very different from our Muay Thai based kickboxing classes, but just as intense.
