Chest, Back, and Arms (60 min)
It’s T-shirt time!! Our chest, back and arms workout is guaranteed to get you ready to don your favorite skin-tight tee or strapless dress. But no complaining if you’re having a hard time washing your hair the next day! 1 hour
Leg, Butt, and Core (60 min)
Let’s face it, leg day is the hardest day of the week…but you don’t have face it alone! Join us for a booty-blasting good time as we lavish your legs with just enough work to make them scream and shout! 1 hour
Total Body Conditioning (60 min)
Make sure you change the batteries in your heart-rate monitor before this one! Our total body conditioning camp is geared to hit all muscle groups, especially the most important one…your heart! 1 hour
Total Body Tabata Crunch (35min)
Need a quick kick-butt camp? Tabata training incorporates the elements of resistance training and cardio that will lean and tone. Perfect for individuals wanting to lean, tone, and work the most important muscle — the heart. Tabata training is a high-intensity style of training and is not recommended for beginners. Its basic format of 20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest will condense your average 1 hour workout down to 35 minutes.
Total Body Tabata + Core (45 min)
Tabata training incorporates the elements of resistance training and cardio that will lean and tone. Perfect for individuals wanting to lean, tone, and work the most important muscle — the heart. Tabata training is a high-intensity style of training and is not recommended for beginners. This camp consists of our traditional full-body Tabata camp (35 min) + core drills (10 min).

E + E Mobility Camp (45 min)

This class will take you through 45 minutes of mobility and myofascial release exercises to help your body maximize its range of motion adn flexibility.  After all that strength training and cardio work, this class will be the perfect combination to treat your body to an active rest day and prevent injury.
Peach Camp (60 min)
Zeik Molina, our professional Peach Builder is going to elevate your booty goals! Let’s be honest, no one ever wrote a song about a small booty! This class will target major muscle groups in the lower body like the hamstrings, quads, and of course your BOOTY!
